HAPPY ANNIVERSARY LONNY

I am looking forward to reading through it very soon. I have been selecting fabric for 2 clients the past few days and it's been pure BLISS! I have so many choices to show my boss when she returns from her European travels Saturday. This was my first time selecting fabrics for a client, so I am anxious to see what she thinks of what I have put together. There are so many pretties out there, I sort of became fabric dizzy!

Today I looked over the new Oscar de la Renta line at Kravet. Some really gorgeous prints, with a pretty price tag too.

Outdoor Spaces {In the Garden}

I just love a good garden, ecspecially this one featured in issue 1 of Lonny Magazine. The weather is starting to warm up and I am ready to get planting in my garden. We currently have onion, lettuce, cauliflower and various peppers growning. I have already harvested some of my lettuce and it's delicious. I would like to add tomato's, more basil (I grow this year round because I just LOVE it), and some bulbs.

I am taking some time off work in two weeks. Mainly to stay home and be able to get my office, back patio and some other small house projects completed. I cannot wait to get started. Until then, I am in planning mode. Our back patio is a pretty good size, with saltillo tile and a 3 foot planter that goes all the way around. We have 2 orange trees, a lemon tree, as well as our vegtable garden. The small border could use some plants, but we also have to keep open space for the doggies.

I want to have a table on our back patio so we can enjoy meals outside. We have one now, but it currently houses quite a few pots of cactus that my guy keeps cloning. I would like to do away with this and bring the table under the covered patio where the 2 wicker chairs and wicker bench are. My plan is to pull a fast one on him change it up on him while he's at work, that way he will appreciate the end result and not really pay attention to me changing what he thinks is a "good place for his cactus." The table is literally dead center in the open patio space, "soaking up the full sun." Lol. Did I mention we have a hammock? Well we do, and it is the best place to relax.

Ok, I admit it...kinda a garden nerd.
