well my tree is up and it's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas. I still have to make a wreath for my front door. I just have too many ideas and can't figure what I want to do more. I do like the white pine cone wreath shown below. I just love all these creative ideas for holiday decorating from Living Etc.

New OFFICE

I started my new JOB today as a design assistant! It was WONDERFUL. I've been so busy since last week, wedding and all...I am finally getting things back in order around here!  I wanted to share some lovely home office spaces with you from Living Etc.

To MAKE or NOT to MAKE

Your bed? What do you do? I usually make my bed every morning or else I think about a messy bed all day long, and that makes me crazy. 

The following bedrooms were styled with messy beds....I am not going to lie, it sort of bugs me. They are still lovely designed bedrooms, so I'm looking past the disheveled linens.

I have been spotting the ALPHABET trend.... and I like it. What do you think? Happy Monday everyone! If I sound extra happy on this Monday morning, it's because I AM. Umm last week at the mortgage biz job and then I start my design career!

L i g h t i n g...Help!

So when it comes to making decisions on paint color, furniture or accessories I can make them quick. Yet for some reason with lighting, I am second guessing everything! What if I choose the wrong style...it doesn't give off enough light, it sucks....! Ahh. Where am I going with this you ask? Well, I am trying to hunt down a *perfect {no such thing exists...Duh}  stylish new fixture for above my dining table. 

The yard sale we had a couple weeks ago is funding the project +....now if I can only make a decision and  S O O N. {well I'm certainly not going to rush it}  I at least have narrowed down that the fixture must be WHITE. Here are some of my thoughts: {the glam, is just in there for looks...I couldn't possibly put up 3 chandeliers...or could I?}

Well that was my question, so I googled them. They are well known in the UK for their graffiti-inspired wallpaper, furniture and overall creative design. They add a twist with their paints to classic antique furniture. Here is one of their chairs that I really like.
